Pdoggg
So then I'll guess that it was the only time Jim Brown and Joe Namath played against each other. Quote Link to comment
bumblebee
As nobody seems to be willing to take a guess... ...it was the very first Monday Night Football game. Maybe something more seasonal is required. Quote Link to comment

deleted
Is this thread still going? If so, I have a question: Which state in the United States has the longest name? Your answer must correctly state the official name of the state. Quote Link to comment
Guest LaBambaBar
Is this thread still going? If so, I have a question: Which state in the United States has the longest name? Your answer must correctly state the official name of the state. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts? In Sweden, Germany and Mexico it last happened in 2013. In Scotland, it last happened in 2011. In Greece and China, 2009. In England, it was 1992. What was it that happened? Quote Link to comment
deleted
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts? Good guess, and very close geographically, but not correct. Hint: It is the smallest state geographically in the United States. Quote Link to comment
SiamSam
Hmmm, would it be the District of Columbia? Quote Link to comment
deleted
Hmmm, would it be the District of Columbia? Uhm, no. DC is not a state. You must be from Canada. EDIT: Just joking, Mr. Sam. The District of Columba (Washington, D.C.) is indeed the smallest, and only, non-state geographic region within the United States. It has it's own municipal government, but Congress has supreme legal jurisdiction over it, and can repeal any law passed the DC municipal government. The District of Columbia is represented in Congress by a single non-voting delegate in the House of Representatives. Now don't I sound like a mister smarty-pants? Quote Link to comment
Guest LaBambaBar
I know which one is smallest, so I have googled the answer. Interesting. 1 Quote Link to comment
SiamSam
Uhm, no. DC is not a state. You must be from Canada. I was going to say, "Prince Edward Island" but figured it would just baffle you yanks. 2 Quote Link to comment

deleted
I know which one is smallest, so I have googled the answer. Interesting. Ok. Here's the answer: State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations. Rhode Island is the smallest state (37 miles wide and 48 miles long) in the United States with the longest official name.
