The Cambodian Peoples Party as been in power since the Khmer Rouge were kicked out in the late 70s. I'm surprised if anyone has mounted a real challenge. On the Cambo forums they refer to him much as we refer to the big guy in Thailand for fear of retubution. Cambodia is a pseudo democracy. Maybe too much info for a forum.
