Anyone Know This Place ?

Hi again guys !

well i been to pattaya alot of times, but never stayed for more than 2 weeks, im looking this time to stay for a month, been looking at this place called Mooks Apartments. here is the link to check out, if anyone knows it, or any other monthly rentals thats in the same price range, and ofcourse has to be Ladyboy Friendly !!! thats a must !!!! any help would be good

It's close to the Morlam field. Not a great location.

Monthly rentals are the way to go. Some places just multiply the daily rate by 30. For others the multiple can be as low as 12.

Good monthly deals can also be found in condos such as Yensabai and My View/VCC in Pattaya and View Talay in Jomtien.

Which month you looking at coming over Saab?

Have stayed at Mooks a few years ago now need a bike if your thinking of staying here, as u will find it hard to get a baht bus going up this way, but its a nice place to stay and no problems with LB or femboys has a key-card entry at night with security guard on door....lift to all floors nice looms showers abit slow and sometimes goes hot and cold, nice beds flat screen TV and DVD box, air-con in wrong place as blows over bed, nice coffee lounge downstairs, alot of Thais use this place coming down from Bangers ...
