Why I joined LBR (and not one of the other sissy boards) after I got banned from PY

Needless to come back to old forums. The question was : when he saw you in front of him, did he know you were "Woodie" at LBR or XXX at the other forum ? I can certify you he wouldn't know who I am if I stand in front of him, even after I punch his face, and I won't try to say this pig "hello".

That's a little brutal but I assume you have your reasons.

In my 5 years involved with LBs and the various forms I have found:

People take this shit too seriously

Opinions are varied

Postings are often misunderstood

I have met BMs that I did not agree with on the forum but turned out to be good guys. 

There's a ton of basement wankers who become keyboard Cowboys just to provoke confrontation

I have read countless post where I did not agree and the poster came across as a real asshole.

However I have not encountered anything that would call for a physical response. 

Especially after living in Pattaya for a year I have found that in 99.99% of situations in Thailand it is far better to walk away and avoid confrontation. There's another hot LB just around the corner who would be happy to help you to relieve any frustration or anger.

I do not agree. Unless you know of postings that I am not aware, I have found that racism is not tolerated on LBP. Yes, I am an advanced member and substantial contributor. I am not promoting or attacking LBP, simply expressing my opinion. 

Keep in mind it is a lot easier to manage and control a board with a few hundred members than one with 119,000+ members. I would not be a moderator on a large site for love nor money.

Hi @Twest. Sorry but there were way too many racist posts for me to remember them all, I'd rather forget them.

But I will give you just one example. On the Brexit thread one BM posted the flag/insignia of a neo-fascist UK group, 'Britain First'. This was not removed by the moderators.

It was later deleted after the poster became a Moderator himself, presumably by himself to cover his tracks.

First, I agree 99 % with your post. 

Yes, it's brutal, but I won't write again or copy all that Rom posted about their brutality. When you're a mod, you can't defend clans who don't respect basic rules of life in society to destroy people whose opinion you don't like. 

Kim Piggly Wiggly ain't a Thai man. So the situation is not really a a situation in Thailand. BTW, I have seldom been in Thailand since then. 

You can post in a forum you like green ladyboys while I like purple ones. We won't have the same opinion, but can still respect each other. I haven't censored opinions that I didn't agree with in my club since it had been expressed sincerely. I just wished it had been said a smoother way. 
I have removed from the list of posters guys who didn't respect basic rules. I felt forced to do it for one and I didn't take time to explain the decision for a couple other ones. Kim Piggly Wiggly and a few more PY members at LBR didn't dare enter the club. I would have treated a couple of them as they treat BMs over there. 

I'm just surprised so many BMs feel shy to post in my club, but their posts in otgher sections of the forum keep me bored.

Some attempt to excuse racism and personal abuse as banter or 'British' humour. But it shouldn't be allowed on public online forums, and isn't on most.

Yes we all have different opinions and everyone is entitled to their views, but they should be expressed in a reasonable non-abusive way.

I agree that posts are often misunderstood. It's more difficult to get the way a written post is intended than when we speak to someone face to face and can judge their intent by body language and facial and tonal expression.

Even where we speak a common language there can be cultural differences which can cause misunderstanding. I often don't get what an American or Australian is getting at although we both speak English.

Because many of us have something original to post. Rom is fond of his Romscars creation. I sometimes find him mad, but if Rom wasn't mad, he wouldn't be Rom. He's MadRom as there had been a MadMax. 

LBR is an opportunity to post new stuff or to share differently. For example, I liked a debate I had with The Sith. We had opposite ideas but I had found his post very convincing, not enough to make me change my mind about what I do, but much to understand our differences. 
Different ideas brçught me to explore differently. Rom Speaking of sissies brought me to discover something new this year. (Rom uses the word sissy for ladyboys and I felt like finding what it should mean. I posted about what I found on the net and eventually, The Sith brought to my knowledge a new word (and concept and also people who live their sexual life differently : trap). 

I admit I opened an old scarf when dealing with the negative past. Please guys, try to use LBR to talk of novelties, original situations, exploration (I know it's what I like above all) and stop throwing old sh...  into the fan, anyway, when it's old, it's dry and it won't have much effect, except maybe for the fan itself.

i go to LB Forums to exchange information and also express things openly about a 'taboo' subject with guys who have lots of experience.........without judgement or vitriol.

 

Simply because life is too short to be around that type of thing.

 

and in the past 3 years...... which have been 100% outside of Asia for me (due to Covid travel restrictions) has been exploration of new uncharted teritory for me in the United States and someother Western countries in terms of Traps and Trans where I can  'FLUIDLY' swim.......because I was in such a progressive environment as Thailand.... a country we can express ourselves without judgement and negativity. It's the holy grail of being open about our attraction for hot LB tail.

 

I was at a party two nights ago in Charlotte North Carolina (which is in the southern US) where I started kissing with this sexy short haired lesbian girl who was 20 years old.... notwithstanding our massive age diff.......she let me kiss her mid conversation simply because she could feel my fluidity and the coolness I developed about gender during my days at Thailand, and the comfortableness I developed by being able to talk about it and explore it on various Forums such as LBR.

 

 

To sum up: I actually BECAME A BETTER PERSON, and more comfortable in my own shoes, and thru these forums I became what the younger generation of today (under 30 crowd) would consider 'progressive and cool and fluid' because of all the interaction and debate with BMs like you guys over the past 6 or 7 years.

@PdogggI think the psychology of me (and many others) initially when entering the LB world had a component of shame and guilt..... which indicates that I am not accepting it comfortably. 

 

It wasn't pounding more hot LB pussy that helped me cross that bridge to becoming comfortable in my own shoes.... it was LBR and all the other forums, where guys can share experience and thoughts. I give these Forums.... including LBP and LB69 and others ..... including you PDoggg......the credit for providing me this venue to grow.

I have read this thread/form (what ever you call it) and wasn't sure what PY stood for (not the only one) but managed to figure it out as ladyboy pattaya.  Being relatively new to forms such as this wasn't sure what all the noise was about.  So I started reading PY and joined (stricter rules for sure).  My initial observations where it's ok......little different but no issues.  But for the most part I stayed true to LBR, as 1st choice.  THEN, last night i was browsing and I found a thread that included the porn star Christian XXX (2014).  15 Pages and i browsed each page, at first reading most of each page and then later (after it became apparent it was wash/dry repeat, then i basically only read Christian XXX replies.  Thats when I noticed what the noise was all about.  The arrogance of a few, the fact after 15 pages would not back off or drop it and they were high ranking BM's.  Alot of the others told them to knock it off, but they refused.  Here they has a super star and an opportunity to make him feel welcome and opportunity for Q&A, and they blew it.  He (XXX) spent most his time defending and arguing with a few total A*holes.  It was unbelievable to me.  SO the bottom line is now I fully understand what the noise is all about...........Granted XXX has his personal reasons to be join/attend, he is self promoting, like all self employed people do.  The majority BM's were good and interested, but a few were out of control and weren't shut down as they should have been.....

I became aware of ladyboy message boards after my first visit to Thailand in 2001.

I can't remember the name of the boards, but I recall one was operated by a Canadian guy, there was a Patrick that had a paid site, met farang guy, Las Vegas Bob (forget his board name) and a few others. 

At first I was fighting my attraction to ladyboys, the decided I wasn't going to live my life to please others, screw that, 555!

I would say what I would do on LBR and not other forums is push back on some extreme political views (both far left and right) and anti American sentiment. I've come to the conclusion it a waste of time to point out hypocrisy. I see a lot of MAGA type behavior on boards, from posters that insist they are objective; they abhor Trump's behavior but use it themselves, because, well, it works!

I just think of the old adage "never argue with an idiot; by standers may not be able to tell the difference", 555! Humans are tribal and loyalty to ones group Trumps all reason. (Pun intended, 555!)

Most boards are over moderated on politics, so compliments to PD for allowing "spirited" debate.

I've come to the conclusion it's best to only read, gather information and ignore nonsense posts.
