Bourbon Whiskey and its drinks

Yeah I get it. I have been recommended Blantons and Evan Williams and Old Crow but I prefer what is easily available and doesn't break the wallet.

Jim 4ROSES and Jack is very easily available here. Jack is expensive. I can find Knob Creek if I drive a bit away but others are much rarer.

BTW I'm curious how much is Evan Williams over there? It's actually one of the cheapest ones over here, quite popular for mixing.

Evan Williams Bourbon doesn't seem to be available in supermarkets here (tesco used to stock it), but is sold by online whiskey specialists for around £27 (US $30) + postage.

If that's for 1.75L that's a bargain!

I imagine either will satisfy, depending on price. The one an obvious following Fireball's success, and the other having worked nicely for Wild Turkey among others.  Enjoy.  I just came thru Arrivals on the 4th and it was JAMMED.  I have NEVER seen so many people in there and most all Imm officer stations were manned.  It moved so fast you could almost be on roller skates. I stopped picking up my bag and putting it down and just kind of kick/shuffled it ahead. Quick almost cursory check of the passport, no questions, just stamped and moved on...the scanner part was not even put into play.  All that being said, I came i at 1pm where it's usually just before midnight with MANY fewer people but usually took near an hour to clear and get bags. I believe this high season will be good. At least in tourist numbers.  Run your checklist, relax and be optimistic.

I've read on Pattaya Addicts forum that over-70s, pregnant women and monks can go through a fast track queue on right hand side of Immigration Hall. I'm not pregnant or a monk but I am over 70 so I should get through faster.

Good to hear you're not preggers!

Did you know that some Economy class passengers can use the Premium / Priority Lanes at Suvarnabhumi Airport . . . and get a Fast Track immigration service FOR FREE!
This is something that’s rarely mentioned online. But there are large signs at the entrance to Premium / Priority Immigration areas. These state that pregnant women, infants, people with disabilities and anyone over 70 years old are among those permitted to use the lanes. No VIP pass or other documentation is required.
