I'll second that all the way. Yes, phimosis is the instant, definitive deal breaker, and not just for aesthetic considerations (makes me reek just to think that some guys suck on them). I visited Nuch Salon on Sukhumvit a couple of time at several weeks interval, and I think that it is an interesting place, with a friendly non-rush feel to it. Whoever runs the joint is doing a good job and understands customer service.
