I used to go to Goa quite regularly but prefer Thailand now. I haven't been to Goa for over 12 years now. But when I did go I was told that Israelis had replaced Russians as the most disliked tourists. They were regarded as rude, racist and arrogant. Some had bought properties and formed enclaves flying Israeli flags, which was resented by locals. I haven't encountered them in Pattaya yet, I believe they prefer Phuket.

The Israelis are presumably serving or reserve IDF soldiers as all Israelis over 18 have to do military service. They don't seem to be so brave against ladyboys without being heavily armed.

Thai society is perhaps the most accepting of diverse sexualities. There isn't the negative judgement of same sex relationships as there is in many countries. I've often seen gay female couples out and about, including Thai and non-Thai women. Younger gay Thai women are sometimes referred to as 'tomboys' though I think that would be the more masculine looking short haired ones. There are gay women's and 'tomboy' bars where you could hook up, but as I'm not a gay woman I don't know where they are - try googling in the areas you are thinking of visiting. Also you could try online dating sites like Thaifriendly.

No. Transgenders are part of Thai society and have been for hundreds of years. Nobody will take any notice, except maybe a tiny percentage of non-Thais. And God made ladyboys too.
