I loved the place, but it deserved to fail. It was so badly run: i always bought a drink and a ladydrink, but there seemed no obligation to do so - i could just as easily gone straight upstairs. The first priority of a bar is to sell drinks, ffs - its not rocket science! I reckon there were more barfines sold each day than drinks. And as there were only ever 4 or 5 girls on duty, the turnover must have been pitiful. Oh well, i'm sure the girls will pop up elsewhere.

Oh please please, come to Phuket! In all seriousness, i agree with pacman's earlier comments about the bars needing all types of customers, but without the so-called 2WMs we would surely go out of business!

Thanks BB. Yes, i see the forum's picked up a bit - good for you. One niggle: my computer doesn't "Remember me" when i click on the site, necessitating a login every time. Small point, but irritating when you're trying to cover 4 or 5 forums, and fookin Facebook! Business is pretty dire just now, and my friends in Bkk and Pattaya say the same. A few cheap charlies, ans a lot of drunken singlet-flipflop-wearers around, but very few "quality" customers. But we just have to grin and bear it, after all, the world is in a right old pickle just at the moment.
