Not only is Teya back....but tomorrow the 3rd July....Our Sunny is back too. Think her plans regarding working in Big C, or becoming an Astronaut or whatever have been thrown out of the window. Surprise surprise! Sara was also working last night. MInd and Moon were both there early on in the evening but because of the downpour became convinced that no customers would come last night so went home. And not only but also... to be officially announced soon, Emmy and Sunny's joint birthday bash will be on July 21st. It's actually Sunny's birthday on the 6th but as with last year they have decided to have a joint 'do' on Emmy's birthday the 21st. No-one will be expecting crowds to come along but we hope some of you locals can.

How could you partake in a toungy with those on??. Actually, I have been thinking about a similar scenario. What is going to happen when someone like bbg takes Lilly back to the room to look at his etchings?. Is it all done at arms length?.

The staff living in has long been mooted JSG. I guess that it may arise again now that there will be no overseas guests for some time. Obviously it's a good idea to do like Herberth does in his bar, employ freelancers , give them a shared room or two with proviso's that working hours are maintained. Problem is in the Katty that all upstairs rooms have aircon and normally when they are occupied by staying guests the monthly electric bill can been upwards of 12k baht. Emmy considered having seperate meters fitted in each room, but not that cheap to do. i suppose she could always disconnect the aircons, but would possibly be loath to do so. Another idea... no rent for the staff, as after all there is likely to be no income anyway from the rooms for the forseeable future... but the electric bill is shared equally between all the girls staying there. But, that too could start arguments if certain staff don't use aircon. teya was offered a room back in her cashier days but turned it down because she worries about Emmy knowing what she is up to! Glad you like the idea of the speakeasy, to me it was logical, some of the things that happen in the downstairs bar could be somewhat problematical if seen be passers-by. Its success or not depends now heavily on the girls [no problem there i think ] but it's also important that guys don't think it replaces the short-time room for heavy stuff. Not fair on Emmy if that happens, she needs the S/T rental. If any one out there has any ideas or suggestions for Emmy, let me know and i'll pass them over to her. Also JSG...The police have never been to the Katty.. never. No need to worry too much about the Speakeasy... oh my god! if only the speakeasy had been open in Annabelles day!

so how many of you guys are going all IN for two weeks at a 4500 baht a night hotel, I assume quarantine means you don't leave your hotel/room for 2 weeks. So add in another 1000 a day for meals and beverages I suppose. They really SHOULD define "quarantine".

I guess not that hard to be the best considering the talent pool. 5 Connor More times than not his performance matches his mouth 6 Jonah Lomu already commented on his prowess 7 same with Rhonda 8 The Greatest. No more to be said. Loved his interviews with Parkie!. 9 Georgie Boy was the glamour boy, but could play 10 Messi He may be. Have not seen inside his house.

Delirious Bar is open from today. We also have already a couple of girls working for us again.   Over the last 3 month i stocked up on different Single Malt´s, Bourbon´s and rum´s. We stock now 51 different Whisky´s, 11 different rum´s, 7 different gin´s and 7 different Vodka´s. From time to time i will upload some of our new additions. Here is the first: A Japanese Singlemalt from Suntory Yamazaki Distiller´s Reserve This whisky is fresh and fruity (a good summer whisky). Full of red fruits and a touch of sherry cask.  The finish is long with vanilla and sweet spice :-)

What, jealous of having a full ladyboy bar almost to yourself when you could be enjoying the cracking summer we are having here at home.

Called into TJ's tonight. Not too many customers as yesterday was the night most guys were itching to go out. Despite the big space, pre-Covid there were times that the bar was just too crowded especially on party nights. But now there's plenty of room to stretch out. The girls were looking sexy, and a splendi time was had by all!

I think I too have resigned myself to the Zimmer frame scenario JSG

the speakeasy idea is a WINNER too, balcony for smoking...hopefully the cops don't check in while it's buzzing with a couple girls snuggled up to customers fondling their goodies. As I've said before if they moved a few kittens into a room or two upstairs, they could conceivably host for a friend or two no? :) So, um say they LIVE there? and are told to keep friends visits to one or two at a time in accordance with safety regs? hehe

Seriously PDoggg.......... .... why get a copy of anything ? without much artistic or resale value ? I would instead (as I have done) buy an original Thai or Burmese or Laos antique that can be hung on your wall or whatever. For a couple hundred dollars you can have a unique piece hundreds of years old that will look a lot more impressive in your home. I can help you pick a good one if u like... cheers r

All celebrations cancelled and a bit soggy here on the Wet coast but will have a few cold ones at my favourite beachfront bar just the same

Actually it was busier than ever except for some party nights! Could be the busiest in Jomty. Soi 2 and soi 3 were dead. Katty is uniquely situated in these trouble times having been expat friendly

The bar is back open tonight, looks a bit quiet but the visors look hot in their own strange way.

Mt thoughts but I'm certainly not an in the know real estate guy: Perhaps the rental market is bottoming. But my guess is that there is a way to go before sales prices bottom. Motivated sellers are getting out now but I think many owners figure they'll ride things out until 2022. I don't think farangs are coming back for quite awhile. Who is going to buy a non-refundable ticket if a Covid test is required 3 days before the flight? What two week millionaire is coming back if there is a rule that mandates a 14 day quarantine if even one person on a plane tests positive? Perhaps there'll be a travel bubble for Aussies and Kiwis but I don't think tourists from Europe or North America are getting into the LOS anytime soon. I sense the Pattaya real estate market is just not functioning right now. It's not liquid. There are hardly any buyers and tens of thousands of sellers. What's the best case scenario for 2022? I'd say best case is 80% of the farang that were here in 2019. But even if that best case comes to fruition 2019 Pattaya was vastly overbuilt.
